Meet Estera Moldovan , LAC

Hello, I'm Estera, a Licensed Associate Counselor LAC) based in Arizona.  I offer Christ centered and faith-based counseling. Parenthood can be a complex journey, filled with challenges and moments of overwhelming responsibility as we strive to offer our children the best love, care, and safety possible. Throughout life's twist and turns, frustrations may arise, impacting our children's development and ability to emotionally regulate or communicate well. Together, we can empower you and your child(ren) with the skills needed to overcome obstacles and flourish as a resilient and purposeful individual.

With a background in Human Services and Educational Counseling, complemented by additional coursework in clinical counseling, I bring a diverse skill set to my practice. My approach combines evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Play therapy and Exposure Therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I specialize in supporting parents and children dealing with ADHD, ODD, and the effects of sexual trauma, divorce, grief, anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. Whether working with parents and children, or with adults facing life's challenges, my goal remains the same: to foster growth and well-being.

Beyond my work with youth and families, I also offer therapy for adult individuals grappling with life's complexities. Together, we can take intentional steps towards healing and cultivate resilience in the face of adversity. As Proverb 11:14 reminds us, seeking guidance from a variety of counselors leads to wisdom and safety.
